I hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you change your mind or if there are any issues with the order and want to return, arrange an exchange or arrange a replacement, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the order on info@rianhotton.com

– Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, if the item is in perfect condition and original packaging.

– Shipping costs are non-refundable; you will only receive a refund for the item you are returning.

– When returning items, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charge, so please use a reliable and tracking service, as I cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost items while being returned.

·         Exchanges

– Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, if the item is in perfect condition and original packaging.
– If the item you want to exchange for is no longer available, you can either exchange for another one or receive a refund.

– If the item you want to exchange for has lower value than the original item you purchased, the difference will be refunded. If the exchanged artwork has higher value, you will be asked to pay the excess before shipping. Additional shipping will also be applied.
– All exchanges and refunds are processed within 14 days of contacting me.
